Where do you ship to?

We ship within New Zealand.  If you live outside of New Zealand, we can still ship to you, however we will need to send you a special shipping quote to you so just flick us an email teamoboardco@outlook.co.nz with details of what products you would like and where you live and we will get back to you ASAP. 

What are your shipping costs?

New Zealand:  All orders Nationwide are a set fee of $6.50.  Rural delivery is an extra $6.00.  

How long until I receive my products?

While we try to dispatch all orders the following day, this is not always possible. To ensure we meet your expectations, please allow up to 5 working days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is ready for dispatch.  

Do I need a Paypal account?

No, not at all!  Paypal is a safe and secure online payment company, giving you the option at checkout of EITHER setting up a Paypal account (or using an existing one) to pay OR paying with your credit card.  There is no obligation to set up a Paypal account at all.  

What if the product I wanted to buy is sold out?

We make our own products, so you never have to worry about us waiting on stock to arrive! 

Can I return a product if I've changed my mind?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns due to change of mind.
