Te Amo Beard Company was established in Christchurch, New Zealand in 2018 by Craig and Charlene Te Amo.

While recovering from shoulder surgery, beard itch was the last thing Craig needed to deal with, so he decided to try beard products.  He was not happy with some of them.  He was not happy with the smell, texture, what was in them and what he would be putting on his face and beard. He decided to make his own, thus the idea was born to start Te Amo Beard Company. 

With Craig being a massive fan and follower of all things beard, the culture, the people, the products, craft beer, tattoos and motorbikes, he had to get involved in an industry that is, well just awesome! 

From the young buck growing his first facial fluff to the dapper elder statesman, we can assist in your beard care regime.  We are all about beards - washes, oil, balm and wax!

Going forward we will have a "For Her" section, this will be products from Charlene, starting with hand/body butters, face serum, natural deodorant and some other wonderful creations. 

We believe in using and sourcing all our products in Aotearoa New Zealand.  These are all natural products and never tested on animals.  This is something we are passionate about.  As a small business, we choose to support other New Zealand businesses and animal welfare rights.
